About Us
Educational Media, LLC designs, manufactures, and sells electronic teaching systems for use by colleges, universities, high schools, junior high, and elementary schools to teach foreign language, English as a second language, and elementary education core subjects.
The company was formed in 1970 to fill a vacuum in the educational marketplace for renovating, replacing, and updating electronic learning systems used by educational institutions for foreign language instruction. During these times, many institutions incorporated second language programs and implemented the use of language laboratory systems.
Through aggressive and innovative involvement, including the design and development of equipment, and support of the teaching profession over the past twenty years, Educational Media has successfully established itself as a leading manufacturer of learning laboratory systems in the United States.
The company is self-contained, with facilities for printed circuit board assembly, subassembly, final product testing, field installations, and customer service. The company is financially sound and has shown solid and consistent growth for over 40 years.
EM has recently expanded their market to include learning systems in the elementary classroom to enhance learning centers for all subjects – reading, math, science, social studies, and language arts.
